My Story
Alex is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and National Certified Counselor (NCC) who feels called to walk alongside children, parents, and families with Christ-centered compassion. She earned her B.S. in Psychology from Abilene Christian University and her M.S. in Counseling Psychology from Azusa Pacific University, and she holds specialized training in infant–toddler mental health through the FEED/TEACH program.

Alex partners with new parents specializing in perinatal and postpartum mental health, supporting parents through pregnancy, birth, and early bonding. She is passionate about helping caregivers understand their baby’s cues, strengthen attachment, and build a nurturing foundation rooted in grace and connection.

Believing that play is a child’s God-given language, Alex uses various play therapy modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and Attachment-based approaches to help children express themselves, heal, and grow. She partners closely with parents, offering guidance for each developmental stage and encouraging them with biblical hope and practical tools.

Her heart is to create a safe, faith-filled space where children and families can experience healing, restoration, and the peace that Christ offers."
