Administrative Assistant

My Story

Communication and being attentive are key elements in our day-to-day life. It is important to always pay attention and concentrate on the words that are being spoken when we engage in conversation because you never know when it will be your time to step in and be that helping hand or lending ear.

I have been told by many people that I am a great listener who gives effective advice, pointers, and suggestions; putting other people’s needs in front of my own. As a poet, someone who’s good with words and expressing my thoughts and feelings, I have also learned to be that person who can just sit and listen without uttering a word, because sometimes that’s all someone might need – is for someone to listen.

As Selah’s Administrative Assistant, I serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking mental health support, fostering an atmosphere of trust, empathy, and professionalism guiding you in the first steps of accessing mental health care by connecting you with a therapist that best serves your needs.

I make it my duty to always lend that ear and provide my undivided attention to listen to your wants and needs; giving you the best service and accuracy possible in a timely manner, and providing you with the help you seek. We are all going through some sort of ‘something’ and it’s crucial to have someone to talk to, even if it’s just an administrative assistant like myself.
