Therapy Services
SCC offers outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families.
Therapy is a safe space where you address what hurts and walk toward restoration and wellness. It is a collaborative process where you discover your inner strengths that aid in overcoming life's challenges and resolving issues at their roots with the help of a professional therapist. The standard meeting time for psychotherapy is 50 minutes. Therapy sessions are provided in English and Spanish languages. Meet with your therapist in a safe therapeutic office or via telehealth services where therapy sessions will be provided via a secure video platform or over the telephone at your convenience. Sliding scale is limited for those with financial hardships.
SCC is not a crisis center. If you are having an emergency, please call 911. If you are having a mental health crisis, you can contact The National Suicide Prevention Lifeline at 988 or (800) 273-8255.
