Hi! I’m Elizabet, and I’m the Intake Coordinator at Selah Counseling Center. I’m here to support new clients as they take that first, often brave, step toward healing. If you reach out to us, I’ll probably be the first person you talk to. I’ll walk with you as you take the first steps toward starting therapy, answering your questions, checking your insurance, and helping you find the right therapist and schedule that fits your life.

 

I’m from Honduras, where I also work as a therapist, so I understand what it’s like to be on both sides, reaching out for help and offering it. That’s why I care deeply about making people feel safe and understood from the very beginning.

 

I’m a Christian, and a verse that means a lot to me is John 17:3 — “Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.”
