About Late Cancellation & No Show Fee

Your scheduled appointment is important and it is a reserved time specifically for your care with your therapist. In the event that you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide us with at least 48 hours notice, so that we can make the best use of that time by offering it to someone else in need of our services.

We understand that sometimes unexpected circumstances arise that may prevent you from keeping your scheduled appointment, and we are happy to work with you to find an alternative time that suits your needs. However, please be advised that if you cancel your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, or fail to show up for your appointment altogether, there is a late cancellation fee or a no-show fee. This fee is meant to compensate the therapist for the time they have set aside for the appointment, which they will not be able to fill with another client at such short notice. It is designed to help us cover the cost of lost time and resources, as well as to ensure that we can continue to provide quality care to all of our clients.
