My Story
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here. Seeking support takes courage, and I consider it a privilege to walk alongside you as you navigate healing, growth, and personal transformation. My therapeutic approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to each person’s unique experiences, strengths, and needs. I utilize evidence-based interventions, including dialectical
behavior therapy (DBT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, and emotion-focused techniques, to help clients develop effective coping strategies, strengthen emotional awareness, and create meaningful, lasting change. I have completed specialized training in DBT, as well as additional education in neuroscience and brain health coaching, which informs my understanding of the connection between the brain, emotions, and behavior.
My clinical background also includes trauma-informed work with survivors of sexual violence and domestic violence during my internship. This experience strengthened my commitment to providing a safe, compassionate, and empowering therapeutic environment where individuals can process difficult experiences at their own pace and work toward reclaiming a sense of
safety, autonomy, and self-worth. When aligned with a client's personal values and goals, I welcome the integration of faith into
the therapeutic process. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can explore your experiences, navigate difficult emotions, and move toward healing through both clinical insight and the truth of God's word.
Wherever you are in your journey, I am grateful for the opportunity to support your growth, healing, and renewed sense of hope.
