Clinical Supervisor (PsyD)

Job Description

As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring high-quality clinical care and professional development for our associate therapists. You will provide individual and group supervision, review case conceptualizations, and support the integration of ethical and faith-based approaches to mental health care.

Responsibilities:
Provide weekly clinical supervision to associate therapists (individual and group)
Review and co-sign clinical documentation as needed
Support associates in developing clinical skills, case conceptualization, and treatment planning
Ensure compliance with California Board of Psychology (BOP) and Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS) requirements
Foster a professional and spiritually nurturing environment aligned with Selah Counseling Center’s values
Collaborate with leadership to maintain best practices in mental health care
Participate in occasional team meetings, trainings, and case consultations
Registered with CAQH and paneled as an in-network provider for health insurances.
Be paneled with health insurances SCC is in network with.
Complete and maintain electronic health records and clinical supervisory records up to date, within 24 hours of service rendered.
Have a small caseload of clients (TBD).

Requirements

Doctorate in Psychology (PsyD) from an accredited program
Licensed Psychologist (CA) in good standing with at least two years of post-licensure experience (required for supervision eligibility)
Prior experience supervising associate therapists or trainees (preferred)
Strong knowledge of California BOP and BBS laws and regulations
Commitment to integrating Christian faith and clinical practice in supervision and care
Excellent leadership, communication, and mentorship skills

Selah Counseling Center (SCC) is a faith-based private practice. SCC offers outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Services include individual therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy.
