She matches our clients with therapists based on specialized care and availability and provides ongoing support throughout their therapy experience. As a devout Christian, Alma integrates her faith into her role, embodying compassion and dedication in every interaction. Her faith in Christ inspires her compassionate, patient, and service-oriented attitude, creating a supportive environment for families and individuals seeking healing and guidance.     Aimee Peloquin Certified Nutrition Coach Remote Only My Story Aimee’s passion for holistic health began as a teenager. She was able to obtain remission from Crohn’s Disease through a major lifestyle change. This included nutrition, fitness, therapy, and faith. She is a fervent believer in mind, body, and soul wellness. Later in life, she experienced further health challenges with Lyme Disease, Hypothyroidism, and subsequent related issues. She continues to practic e healthy habits which have directly helped her on the wellness journey. Because of her personal connection to overcoming adversity, she strives to guide others toward their goals and provides empathetic support. She has over ten years of experience working in holistic/functional medicine practices, as a clinical Licensed Massage Therapist; Chiropractic Assistant; Certified Personal Trainer; Certified Nutrition Coach; and Certified Corrective Exercise Specialist. She obtained her credentials through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. She is also CPR/AED/First Aid certified. She has worked with all ages, populations and has a strong knowledge of illness, chronic disease, food allergies, or intolerances. In her free time, Aimee enjoys exercising outdoors, spending time in nature, hiking, paddle boarding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, sports, and boating on the weekends with her boyfriend Christopher. She loves music, reading, writing poetry, and practicing playing her guitar. Family is important to her as well as her spirituality. She enjoys helping others achieve optimal health.

I’m here to support new clients as they take that first, often brave, step toward healing. If you reach out to us, I’ll probably be the first person you talk to. I’ll walk with you as you take the first steps toward starting therapy, answering your questions, checking your insurance, and helping you find the right therapist and schedule that fits your life. I’m from Honduras, where I also work as a therapist, so I understand what it’s like to be on both sides, reaching out for help and offering it. That’s why I care deeply about making people feel safe and understood from the very beginning.
