She was able to obtain remission from Crohn’s Disease through a major lifestyle change. This included nutrition, fitness, therapy, and faith. She is a fervent believer in mind, body, and soul wellness. Later in life, she experienced further health challenges with Lyme Disease, Hypothyroidism, and subsequent related issues. She continues to practic e healthy habits which have directly helped her on the wellness journey.
