Job Description
Provide mental health services which includes intake assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, case management and consultation as fit to the client’s needs.
Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the appropriate CA state board and the services performed for SCC.
Maintain a caseload of minimum of 25 clients per week.
Registered with CAQH and paneled as an in-network provider for health insurances.
Attend meetings: staff meetings, case consultation, supervision, and trainings as scheduled.
Complete and maintain electronic health records up to date, within 24 hours of service rendered.
Demonstrate experience and comfortable working with diverse ethnic groups, races, religions, ages, and gender.
Requirements
Masters Degree in related fields: Social work, marriage & family therapy, psychology, counseling
CA State Licensure: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD
Current approval as an in-network provider for health insurances, but not required
Excellent clinical, organizational, and time-management skills
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
Basic computer literacy

Selah Counseling Center (SCC) is a faith-based private practice in Arcadia, CA. SCC offers outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Services include individual therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy.
