Job Description
-Provide mental health services which includes intake assessments, treatment planning, psychotherapy, case management and consultation as fit to the client’s needs.
-Facilitate group therapy.
-Be properly licensed and abide by all laws, rules, regulations, and codes of ethics that are binding upon or applicable to the appropriate CA state board and the services performed for SCC.
-Maintain a minimum caseload of 25+ clients per week; Availability 30 clinical hours.
-Registered with CAQH and paneled as an in-network provider for health insurances.
-Attend meetings: staff meetings, case consultation, supervision, and trainings as scheduled.
-Complete and maintain electronic health records up to date, within 24 hours of service rendered.
-Demonstrate experience and comfortable working with diverse ethnic groups, races, religions, ages, and gender.
Requirements
-Masters Degree in related fields: Social work, marriage & family therapy, psychology, counseling
CA State Licensure: LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, PsyD
-Trained in an EBP: EMDR, Brainspotting, Gottman Method, EFT, etc.
-Current approval as an in-network provider for health insurances, but not required
-Proficient to provide services Spanish or in another language other than English.
-Must be able to work weekdays, evenings, and Saturday.
-Excellent clinical, organizational, and time-management skills
-Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
-Basic computer literacy

Selah Counseling Center (SCC) is a faith-based private practice. SCC offers outpatient mental health services to children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families. Services include individual therapy, family therapy, couples counseling, and group therapy. We have a growing referral base of adult men and couples seeking therapy services, and we are looking for a clinician who is passionate about serving these populations.
